Regardless of the kind of drought we are dealing with, it’s important that we keep in mind four principles of truth:
1) Our drought experience isn’t uncommon. (2 Corinthians 1:8)
2) We are still in the middle of God’s plan for our lives. (Jeremiah 29:11)
3) We aren’t forgotten by God. (Psalm 115:12)
4) Our drought season will pass. (Ecclesiastes 3:1)

Prayer

Dear Lord, I’m making my way through this season of drought with my eyes on You. Keep my mind focused on Your word and my heart connected in prayer regardless of my circumstances. In Jesus’ name, amen.
