his perfect peace isn’t the absence of pain or troubles but actually living in the midst of it. Those who experience this peace have disciplined their minds on the word of God. They meditate on the promises of God with the expectation that He will do what He said. Because of this affirmed hope in their hearts, they can know this perfect peace.

Prayer

Dear Lord, I need Your peace in this world. I pray that Your Word will infiltrate my heart in such a way that I will live in perfect peace. Amen.
