The ending or completion of something is better than the beginning. All of us have experienced the excitement of starting something new, but for one reason or another–we didn’t complete the task or calling. However, God has much better for us and He wants us to end well. It’s up to us to pray and seek His grace to finish well.

Prayer

Dear Lord, I know that You’ve began a good work in me and You will complete in Christ Jesus. Strengthen me by Your grace to keep going and finish well. In Jesus’ name, amen.
