The world looks down on a woman who chooses to stay at home and raise her children instead of working outside the home. The world makes fun of the woman who chooses to cherish her virginity until she marries. The world can hardly stand a woman who puts all of trust in God rather than in a man or riches. Yet, this is who God sees as more precious than any jewels on this earth. He commends our worth as women because He knows the power that lies within us can do great things for the kingdom of God.

When we accept our worth in Christ Jesus, there’s nothing impossible. When we know our worth, we step out in greater faith believing God for greater things. We are familiar with fear, but we don’t let it keep us from moving forward. We are familiar with our own inner doubts and the doubts of those around us, but we continue to press our way in faith anyway.

Prayer

Dear Lord, I know that my value in Christ is worth more than all the jewels in the world. Help me to be confident as I step out in faith. In Jesus’ name, amen.
