Whatever being still may mean to us individually, the concept of being still in the Lord encompasses in our knowing that God is in control. The fact that He is God should be enough for us. However, we are blessed in that He is our God who cares for us and will never forsake us when times get tough. Be still today and know that our God will take care of us.

Prayer

Dear Lord, help me be still and trust in You more. Calm my anxious heart and mind so that I can know You better through my situation. In Jesus’ name, amen.
