The grace of God is given to each of His children to accomplish the work that He has for us to complete before He calls us home to heaven. We aren’t expected to finish the work of faith by our own efforts alone. His grace is what will get us to the right place at the right time.

When we stop our busyness and embrace God’s grace, we experience renewed strength and peace about our responsibilities. We begin to see ourselves the way God sees us that allows us to see our situations as God sees them. His grace is the extra energy to complete the work without striving through it in anger, strife, and restlessness.

Prayer

Dear Lord, I pray for the grace to accomplish the tasks that are in front of me today. Help me to remember to pause and seek out your grace. In Jesus’ name, amen.
