But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.

Have you ever made an honest mistake and couldn’t shake the feelings of failure? It’s at those times we are most reminded of our weaknesses and faults. Satan uses those feelings to cause us to become discouraged. If we aren’t aware of his devices, we can begin to believe the lies and allow the seed of discouragement to keep us from moving forward spiritually.
Prayer
Dear Lord, I want to bring glory to You at all times. Help me to overcome discouraging thoughts and weaknesses to trust in You even more. In Jesus’ name, amen.
