Why is it that God encourages us to meet together? Because when we are actively engaged together in the body of Christ—it stirs something up inside of us—love and good works. There’s something that happens in our spirits when our focus is less on us and more on God’s people. He wants us to grow in our faith—this happens as we are actively engaged in the body of Christ.

Prayer

Dear Lord, Your church is Your body and I want to be actively engage. Use me to stir up love and good works as I encourage others in the faith. In Jesus’ name, amen.
